What is the check-in and check-out time?
The check-in can be done from 3pm and check-out until noon. Early Check-in or Late check-out are subject to availability and confirmation.

Visa, Master Card, Maestro and American Express.
Does the hotel have parking for guests?
Yes, the hotel has free parking (garage and outdoor) for guests.
Does the hotel have parking for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, in the garage and outdoor.
Does the hotel have charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, in the garage and on outdoor.
What are the opening hours of the reception?
The reception works 24 hours a day.
Which amenities are available in the bedroom?
Soap, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and shower cap.
Is there an indoor pool? And outdoor pool?
There is an indoor swimming pool, which is in the spa building, about 300 meters from the hotel. There is also an outdoor swimming pool (located in the hotel and seasonally accessible).
Is the access to the pools included?
The access to the indoor pool is not included (booking required and has an additional charge). The access to the outdoor swimming pool is free of charge.
Is the Spa included in the accommodation?
The access to the Spa is not included in the accommodation value. Please contact us for more information.
Is it necessary to make a reservation for the Spa?
All the treatments are subject to availability, so we always advise you to book in advance.
Can children access the Spa?
The minimum age of access to the Spa is 16 years, except for some exclusive periods always subject to confirmation by the hotel.
What alternative activities do you suggest for the children?
The hotel has a Kids Club (unguarded space). Our complex consists of about 24 hectares of green area with 2 tennis courts, minigolf, pedestrian paths with gymnastics and maintenance equipment, playground, artificial lake and gardens. Sometimes we invite children to accompany hotel staff on the daily task of feeding the animals of our farm.
Is it mandatory to be staying at the hotel to access to the Spa?
It isn't necessary to be accommodated to access to the Spa.
What do you need t bring for the Spa?
You need to bring slippers, a pool cap and swimwear (bikini/bathing suit/swimming shorts). Towels and bathrobes will be provided at the Spa.
Is it mandatory to be staying at the hotel to access to the outdoor swimming pool?
Yes, the outdoor pool is exclusive to guests.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Pets are not allowed except guide dogs.
Does the hotel room have an iron?
The hotel has an appropriate space for guests to iron their clothes.
Does the hotel have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?
Yes.
Does the hotel have electric kettles in the rooms?
Not at the moment.
Do the suites have a jacuzzi?
No, our suites don't have a jacuzzi.

Yes, all rooms have a bathtub

No, but we can put up to 1 extra bed and /or cot per room.

Yes, the hotel offers suites and connecting rooms.

Is the restaurant open to guests who are not staying at the hotel?
Yes, the restaurant is available for lunch (from 12:30pm to 3pm) and dinner (7:30pm to 10pm).
Does the hotel have a laundry service?
Yes, the hotel has laundry service.
Is it necessary to make a reservation for the restaurant?
The access to the restaurant is subject to availability, so we always advise you to book in advance.
Does the hotel have a gym?
There is a cardio space in the spa building (about 300m from the hotel) whose access is made within the opening hours of the Spa. There is a vast outdoor space inviting to the practice of physical activity.
Can I take my baby's soups and ask the hotel to warm up?
Yes, we can heat up the baby's soups at any time.
Does the Hotel provide towels for the pool?
Yes, the hotel provides towels to the hotel’s guests.
What leisure activities does the hotel offer?
Our complex consists of about 24 hectares of green fields. Of the complementary services and equipment provided in the Park we highlight: 2 tennis courts, minigolf, pedestrian paths with gymnastics and maintenance equipment, playground, artificial lake and gardens. We also have free access to bikes for our guests.

Does the hotel have babysitting service?
We have some contacts of providers of this service. Always subject to availability and with prior reservation.
Is it possible to play tennis or mini golf without being accommodated?
Yes, it's possible. Contact the reception directly for more information.
Is the Medical Spa open?
The Medical Spa is temporarily closed.
What can be visited nearby?
Besides the historical village of Monte Real, we suggest a visit to the region's beaches, as well as a walk through the city of Leiria, where you can find several attractions.
